pertaining to patient care. Working in the healthcare field I was trained
on HIPAA regulations and guidelines. (40 hours per week)

QuickBooks, producing reports as requested. Disbursement of checks for
company expenses, reconciling monthly activity, processed rental
applications, organized and scheduled property showings for potential
renters. Follow up with maintenance and landscaping crews on daily and
weekly basis to ensure preservation of properties. (40+ hours a week)

Worked with non-profit organization in the goal to remediate a local
stream back to its former glory after being ravaged by acid mine drainage,
sewage, and storm water pollution. Duties included water sampling, fish
and bug sampling, and education programs aim at local schools and
government agencies. Using Excel I created graphs and tables with the data
that was received during sampling and used iMovie to create at video that
was used on the companies website to educate and bring in potential
donations to help fund the non profit work. (40+ hours a week)
