Summary

owners/VP levels my entire career. Thirteen years in Domestic and Global Logistics, 15+ years
national B2B sales and marketing overall, 4+ years management, 3+ years business consultant,
(business plans, development, procedures, processes, contract sales, human resources, strategic growth
planning, marketing.) 19-plus years experience with a wide variety of computer systems, proficient
with the full suite of Microsoft office products, Delta Cad, DOS, Global tracking systems, On-line
Marketing systems. “I take a consultative approach to all business I do now”.
Administrative and Management Experience
Administration/Finance – Designed and implemented fiscal budgets, Quarterly sales goals and
objectives, Strategic short and long term cash flow planning, Capital investment procurement,
Negotiated long term Supply Chain Management deals, Negotiated fair market pricing in all of my
positions.
Marketing/Sales/Customer Service – Developed and implemented strategic marketing plans with
various industries, Monitored changes in the marketing environment and recommended alterations
when appropriate. Researched and developed pricing policies; made appropriate adjustments.
Management – Over saw several Logistical project management teams within a $3.5mm annual book
of revenue. Managed commercial division of a Dodge dealership, several salesmen, all commercial
deals, managed all vendor relationships and financial negotiations. Consulted/Managed strategic
growth all all levels with clients as a consultant.
Process and Procedures – Designed and implemented employee manuals, from company compliance
policies to job specific processes. Assisted in tracking website marketing and how to identify qualified
customers and closed sales. Wrote P&P for a Computer Aid Drafting(CAD) system - CNC machine for
cutting granite counter tops. Etc.
Human Resources – Assisted in interviewing and hiring functions.
Consultant- Developed Business Plans, P&P, Over all Business development. Grew several small
companies from $1mm+ in sales to $2-3mm in sales in under 6 months with sustainable cash flow,
financial backing, staffing support, and a clear plan for 3-5 years out.
