Project: Pedaling dress washing machine

Synopsis: The pedaling dress washing machine is a new innovative concept is
mainly used to save power. In this concept we have designed a pedal washing
machine. It is used to washing the cloth without using electric power. At
same time no necessity of more man power also. Here we are using simple
mechanism.Using this project we can avoid the water wastage.
MAIN PROJECT:
Project: Design and Analysis of an Auto-Tilting Car Chassis
Software Used: Solid works and ANSYS.
Team size: 3
Synopsis: The current work contains the load cases and boundary conditions
for the stress analysis of chassis using finite element analysis over ANSYS
.Finite element model of the vehicle chassis is made. Shell elements have
been used for the longitudinal members and cross members of the chassis.
The advantage of using shell element is that the stress details can be
obtained over the subsections of the chassis as well as over the complete
section of the chassis. This gave use to the idea of an auto-tilting car.
There have been many tilting body designs in rail but what we have done is
not just a body tilting in it the car tilts as a whole .Recently there had
been some development in making three-wheeled tilting cars like the carver,
but only prototypes or concepts exist in the field of four-wheeled tilters.
This system is also supposed to enhance passenger comfort as the side force
felt by passengers in a car taking a turn is comparatively less in tilting
car. Thus the modeling and analysis for auto tilting car is being done
using solid works and analysis. The simulation result indicates that
structural steel is more strength then ASTM low alloy steel A710C.The car
design in itself is futuristic and can be soon find in some production
versions of four-wheeled tilting cars.
