and returns filling, annual preparation for Bonus payout & Leave

Encashment.

Co-ordinate the grievance procedure and research and prepare

documentation relating to union grievances, hearings, arbitrations

and other labour/employee related matters.

Manage the Monthly rewards & recognitions scheme with the business

unit & Plant.

Completing the Full & Final settlement process of the resigned

employees as per the company policy with Employees Provident Fund /

EL/ GRATUITY settlements and resolving employee Queries &

settlement of the grievances.
