counties in metro Atlanta. Reviewed and ensured the completion of reports,
forms, records, purchasing and other documentation prior to submittal.
Also, served as the District Safety Officer in six counties in Metro
Atlanta for the GA DOT.
Interpersonal Skills & Technical Ability
Created and implemented various manuals and training material including
safety manual for managers and supervisors as well as power point for First-
aid & CPR training program. Conducted legal research, data analysis and
met with various agencies, departments and organizations to generate
proposals for upper management which included the unsecured load law,
Workers' Compensation Return-to-Work program, file retention, emergency
vehicle lighting laws and regulations as well as various others. Led in
facilitating one of the single largest State property damage cost recovery
in the State's history totaling nearly $1.5 million by working with law
enforcement, upper management, the State Attorney General's office and
numerous other departments. Served as back-up fatality investigator for
the State Department of Transportation. Operated dispatch communications
for the State Transportation Management Center Highway Emergency Response
Operators. Conducted numerous inspections of work zones and facilities.
