Provided support for a team of 6 technicians over a five state upgrade of
field truck Toughbooks.
Toughbooks are a combination of three models running XP and Windows 7
totaling 700 end users.
Responsibilities included; supervision of technicians, use of logmein
remote control software to provide support (SCCM client issues), monitoring
site arrival and departure times by using a web based GPS tracking system
for the technicians, creation of ticketing system for project, use of web
based project management system(apptivo), point of escalation between
technicians and system admins of American Water. Assisted in the tracking
of asset upgrade completion. Involved in the training of technicians at
project launch. Co-leader of teleconference between project manager and
technicians. Weekend and late night on call technician. Worked with system
administrator to troubleshoot, configure and deploy VBS scripts and install
packages.
