handling heavy customer service inquiries from customers, brokers, and

Responsibilities also included working with various departments within the
company to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner to insure
excellent service. This position allowed growth into a training role where
duties included training new customer service representatives and testing
new software to ensure proper functionality.
May 15, 2012-February 28, 2013, Claims Analyst I- duties include the review
and processing of Wellness, Gap Care, and Hospital Confinement claims.
This process requires gathering information from the employees and the
employer to ensure the timely and accurate processing of the claim. This
position also allowed growth into a training role where duties include
ongoing training of new claim representatives and reviewing claims for
accuracy and payment.

Business and Training Manager- Responsibilities included ongoing training
of new employees on the special financing process, calling potential
customers in order to pre-qualify them for an auto loan, developing and
maintaining relationships with the loaning banks to ensure the customers
got the best auto loan possible, and explaining the auto loan documents to
customers that required their signature.

also required the use of multiple programs to properly assist the
