implementation, TIR was reduced from 1.2% to 0.5% within 12 months.

• Qualified and awarded SHARP program by NC-DOL within 12 months. The SHARP distinction recognizes a

facility as a safety aware environment. Less than 130 facilities in NC carry this distinction. Our facility will be

eligible for NC STAR recognition within 24 months.
