My history:
As the son of an industrial construction worker that also ran a family
construction business I was taught to work at an early age. I was taught
basic skills like, painting, roofing, concrete, carpentry, plumbing, and
electric as well as others. I was also taught business skills on how to
deal with customers, estimating, and payroll and how to treat employees.
While in high school I went to trade school studying construction
technology then started my career as a union carpenter. I worked for
several different companies on industrial, commercial buildings, power
plants, petrochemical plants, mines and where ever the union sent me. I put
myself through college while working studying civil engineering and
construction management. During times of slow construction I would work in
factories as a maintenance person and be required to take more schooling in
things like 3 phase electric, ac dc electric motors and drives, welding and
others. I then worked for non union companies operating machinery building
roads, bridges, parking lots, pipe work and transitioned into construction
manager. Anyhow please review the rest of my resume and know that I'm a
very experienced person in the construction field and I'm looking for a
good company that I can retire from

I started working at a very young age as the son of a construction worker
remodeling homes and small retail stores. I learned how to work and deal
with customers in my pre teens. I was taught many trade skills and learned
how to estimate and complete my own jobs before high school. I very much
enjoy the construction type work because I feel I'm good with all the
experience and knowledge I have gained over the years.
I'm told that I'm a good people person probably because when things are at
their worst I'm at my best and can defuse the problem at hand and leave
people or customers happy. If you are looking for a very experienced
employee that is used to long days, weeks away from home, educated and
skilled give me a call
Thank you for your time Michael W Wiebe 330-***-****
