Duties include: Installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to personal
computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical advice and
support to system users. Identifies and procures the hardware and software
needed to satisfy user requirements. Install hardware and peripheral
components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives on users'
premises. Load appropriate software packages such as operating systems,
networking components and office applications. Assist in the customization
and adaptation of existing programs to meet users' requirements. Provide
telephone, in-person and online support to end-users. Coordinate activities
with network services and information systems groups. Provide updates,

Maintained secure backups for in house servers and data supported in the
field. Assist in research and procurement of computer accessories and
supplies. Assist technicians in field for security systems such as giant
voice, 911 systems, security cameras, CCTV, Access control, AMAG Servers
(Access Control, Video Management and Intrusion Detection), Video
Teleconferencing Centers (VTC), Emergency Operation Centers (EOC), and
Regional Operation Centers (ROC). These services were provided under a
subcontract with Honeywell in support of the U.S. Military for their Anti-
Terrorism and Force Protection (ATFP) program.
December 2006 till May 2011, K G Johnson Mechanical Contractor, Frederick
Duties include: Service plumber for 1-1/2 years. Went into office as
Assistant Project Manager / Estimator. Lost Assistant title after Sr. PM /
Estimator left company in March of 2010. Purchasing, Billing, project
managed jobs ranging from small tenants ($5000.00) to Office Bldgs and
parking garages ( 1.5 Million). Estimated and PM for 20 Target re-models in
the last year. I also maintain our small network. Contract review and
excecution. (Consisting of 6 workstations and 2 servers.)
April 2005 till December 2006, Arizona Lockbox and Fulfillment Co. Inc,

Duties include: maintaining, monitoring, and securing the LAN and the WAN;
deploying security patches, hot fixes, and software updates; managing
licenses for software; recommending hardware and software purchases,
documenting network infrastructure. Workstation/Server repair and upgrades.

Data processing Started as a spinning machine operator for polyester
spinning Machine. Wrote all safety manuals and procedure manuals. Taught
SPC classes. Trained all forklift operators to OSHA standards. Audits and
progress reports on employees. After graduation from Computer Science
classes, worked with programmer on warehouse locator project for 5 years.
FORTRAN code testing and implementation. Removed BNC network and re-cabled
