MODA Flying Fox Trucking, January 2012 - July 2013, Office/Personal Assistant

Billing/Invoicing drivers’ daily loads on the QuickBooks software (Accounts

Receivable). Completed drivers’ trip sheets – calculated commissions, mileage, and any

discrepancies. General office duties such as Xerox, typing 40-100 invoices weekly,

calculations, and filing. Responsible for appointment dates, ran errands, received mail

and sent priority mail. Updated commission spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel 2012.

Entered gas receipts, scale tickets, and business receipts (Accounts payable). Reviewed

drivers’ daily logs. Received and reconciled checks.

ExxonMobil, June 2005 - July 2006, Sales/Customer Service Associate

Provided pleasant customer service on a daily basis, executed proper procedures that

were obtained in safety courses, maintained cash register, closed out the daily receipts.

Introduced new products and pitched products on sale. Had the sole responsibility of
