. Re-engineered the plant operations and reduced the process cost upto 40%

. Developed the projects and carried out the site activities like

commissioning of the instruments

. Contributed in technology up-gradation by changing the traditional

techniques, by using wireless system, Priviously company was using

individual Digital Input or Digital output for each signal, we have

modified it to reduce by 30 %

. Reduced the cost of PLC worth Rs. 50 - 70 lakhs; previously it was around

1.25 Cr., We have done proper Engineering and reduced it.

. Replace the Limitswitches (about 300 nos.each cost 1500 Rs. By proximaty

switches each cost 250 Rs.)

. Maintened the Maximum demand and the Power factor of the company.

. Using the new Engineers done the project successfully by the record break

time.And done the commissioning some times without any technical person

also.

. Preparation of the Project Irrection and Commissioning schedule.

. Co-odniating successfully with PLC vendors (Rockwell Automation,

Honeywell Automation,Ge-IP Banglore, Siemens and the PLC System

Integrators), Clients like Aandhrapradesh Power Generation Corporation,

Maharashtra Power Generation Corporation, Karnatka Power Generation

Corporation, Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidut Utpad Nigam; Chattisgarh State

Electricity Board, Naevelli Lignite Corporation, National Thermal Power

Corporation for the FAT (Factory Accceaptance Test for PLC System) and
