to the website and order the Gallery Items like photo prints, Mugs etc. The

Customer Service Module offers online order management and customer profile

management capabilities.

• Customer Service Representative (CSR) can use the Customer Service Module to

perform a variety of tasks, such as editing customer profiles, processing orders,

and issuing exchanges. The ATG CSR Reference Application is a customizable

and deployable customer service application that is provided with ATG

Commerce. Built using pre-configured ATG Commerce components, out-of-the-

box it enables a Customer Service Representative, create and manage organization
