• Meet occupancy and collections goals, process evictions and manage delinquency and collections.
• Due diligence and acquisition takeover, new development and lease up, project management and time management.
• Walk apartments, perform quality control in unit make ready turns, work order processing, vendor relations, and capital
improvement projects.
• Interview and select staff, disciplinary action tasks, conduct staff training, lead and mentor, and process employee
timesheets for payroll.
• Control expenditures, maximize income, financial analysis, accounting, keep in line with the annual and recurring capital
budgets.
• Business management tasks, purchasing, weekly processing of property bills, administration, community safety and legal
compliance.
• Liability and risk management, incident reporting, owner communications, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Outlook, Email, Internet Explorer and Intranet Sites.
• Additional knowledge and comfort with Windows XP, YARDI, ONESITE, AMSI, BLUEMOON, ESITE, and BOSTON
POST.
