'Enterprise Market Carrier Product' Portfolio - Strategy

. Managed P&L and product lifecycle ownership for the product segment

used in carrier VOIP VPN products; included Interfaces (SIP Business

Trunking, PRI, H.323), Large Enterprise applications (Unified

Communication with Microsoft LCS/OCS & Lync), and Call Center (ACD,

RT1000) solutions. [Achieved 11% annual revenue growth.]

. Established annual $10M R&D budget requirements for program design,
