personnel; either transferring or crew changing status
(Create and organize list of personnel to transfers to and
from platform).
. Assist in creating flight manifest for both flotel and
platform
. Complete end of day reports (Helio Landing Log, JESA, Fuel
Sampling, update Logica
iLogistics, etc..)
Planner / GoM TAR Team:
Responsible for but not limited to:
. Develop work orders for Deepwater facilities annual TAR, which
include: creating Maximo work order, ensuring detailed scope of work,
labor, services and materials are entered into each work order
correctly.
. Acting as liaison between platform POB coordinator and service tech to
arrange logistics, to and from facility before and during TAR.
. Ensure correct information is obtained during service tech preliminary
assessment (POB requirements, durations, and list of materials for
TAR).
. Assisting TAR manager and entire group with Maximo support, daily
updates in the Activity Tracking sharepoint site, and any other
administrative support required.
. Building and managing all bulk material work orders for TAR's
Planner / Galapagos Project:
Responsible for but not limited to:
. Develop work orders for preventive maintenance, corrective, and
breakdown work which include planning and scheduling detail of scope
of work, labor, services (which includes: contacting contractors/third
party vendors) and cost of all work.
. Maintained a professional working relationship with all vendors
associated with the platform and BP Houston office by verifying,
approving & processing all invoices affiliated with Na Kika through
the Maximo & SAP payment systems.
. Assisting the Commissioning group with Maximo Work Orders, Daily
update status reports, organizing and building binders containing
Construction Witnessed Joint Check Sheets.

absence of the standard facility warehouseman.
