• Oversee all operations, and guide the employees towards the expected results

• Ensure that all necessary resources to meet the production needs are available

• Ensure that there is adequate inter-departmental communication regarding production and

specific orders, quality issues investigations as needed

• Develop and report appropriate work and process performance measures (KPIs)

• Analyze, interpret, and report results, trends and risks using various tools: Ishikawa Diagrams,

PDCA, Six Sigma and other root cause analysis, problem solving, and statistical techniques

• Oversee operations on day-to-day basis

• Manage Quality Assurance Programs: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Defense,

H ACCP, Test and Hold, Pest Control, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP) and

P reventative Maintenance Program.

• Maintain, audit, update and improve the programs to ensure the company meets the

business and regulatory compliance & all products generated conform to predetermined

s tandards and specifications

• M anage CFIA audits, international audits, regular Third-party and Customer Audits.

Follow up on quality and food safety issues identified after the audits, if any.

• Measure variance to standards, identify out of control variances, investigate reasons, and

i mplement preventative and corrective actions and follows up

• Abreast for the t rend of technology, investigate, Identify opportunities to improve

performance through benchmarking and investment in technical knowledge to keep

company at competitive edge at all times

Project Management, Business Development

• Drive project from concept to deliverable, manage project resources and ensure that

deliverable meet or exceed customer needs

• In terpret customer needs to design and specifications requirement and t ranslate them to

p roject and manufacturing processes

• Establish in collaboration with stakeholders short and long-term project objectives, goals,

p riorities, work plans, milestones and schedules, identify resources and skill requirements,

and develop investment analysis reports

• Plan and manage all the facets of the project (Integration, Scope, Quality, Time& Schedule,

Cost & Budget, Risk, Communication, Human Resources and Procurement

• Work with, and coordinate, mult idisciplinary project teams and other Engineering Subject

M at ter Experts (Architects, Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical contractors, Special

equipment Installers…) to identify requirements and outcomes for projects delivered by

both the company staff and by 3rd party

• Ensure that the project management processes are technically compliant with Industries

regulations, engineering standards and any jurisdictional authority

• Ensure the quality of the deliverable by, determining quality requirements, implementing

quality management system and use review and evaluation to make improvement,

recommendations, preventative and corrective actions

• Ensure the project is successfully delivered within the established budget, quality
