personnel is capable of meeting the community’s goals and standards in a hospitable, sensitive

to community association documents policies and procedures.
Weekly Inspections of community and facilities to determine maintenance and security needs.
Monthly inspections of premises to detect safety hazards and to ensure the safety rules are
posted as required by law and enforced.
Overall inspections to monitor the compliance with the Rules and Regulations, implement
procedures for handling violations; drafts and sign all correspondences and notices to owners in
violations, maintain accurate records to follow up on rule violations and act as a liaison with
counsel if legal action is required.
Prepare agendas for monthly board meetings, attend and guide committee members in order to
have productive meetings; prepare minutes, attend annual meetings or special meetings of the
Board.
Prepare monthly financial reports, review same for accuracy and variance trends. Provide
monthly management reports to the Board with recommendations, as appropriate to enhance
community appearance, values and promotes harmony among residents.
Solicit bids for maintenance and construction projects, participate in the selection of contractors
and vendors. With the Board of Directors approval, execute contracts.
Review, approve invoices for payment. Confirm wok completion and contract compliance.
