Directed Hewlett Packard development team to alter the sales planning and allocation application to

provide twice monthly processing of the current monthly business processes to GM and its dealers.

• Obtained requirements from GM Vehicle Order Management (VOM) business organization to

incorporate the twice monthly functionality into the current application enabling dealers to

Order WorkBench (OWB) (February 2003 – April 2009)

Led development teams for the development of a web based order processing application that

replaced the Vehicle Order Management application. Primarily responsible for the sales planning and

forecasting functional processes to provide dealers an accurate process to submit vehicle allocation

forecasts to GM

• Coordinated global development project activities with multiple organizations and vendors to

deliver projects successfully on schedule.

• Obtained requirements from GM business organizations, GM IT organizations, dealers and

vendors to develop effective business processes that improved customer quality and decreased

the amount of time for dealers to do business with GM.

Product Center organizations from legacy applications to the OWB application.

Vehicle Order Management (VOM) (January 1996 – January 2003)

used by all GM North American dealers. VOM replaced the divisional legacy applications

significantly reducing the operational costs for order processing for GM by eliminating redundant

processing and improving quality.

• Developed the Sales Planning and Allocation (SPA) client server based application that

replaced the divisional applications.

• Developed the Reconsensus and Web Online Consensus (WOC) web based applications that

replaced manual processes to enabled dealers to enter information online reducing the

processing time from several days to a few minutes and greatly improving accuracy and user

satisfaction.

• Developed the startup and planning, staffing, project development and testing schedule, and

project plan.

• Managed team assignments and customer relation activities.
