planning,compatibility of type of tower & azimuth are main part.

< Responsible for completing 887 sites SCFT test for Aircel launch in city

within month .

< Responsible for call testing,handovers inter & intra both, site creation

at BSC & MSC, make the site working normally during SCFT test.

< Responsible for conducting complete city drive test & plan for best

neighbor for all sites.

< Handeling a team for final DT & providing them support at every level to

complete the task into given time period.
