CITY OF CORBIN, OPERATIONS MANAGER 2010-2012 (July)

Responsible for maintenance and house keeping for both a $28,000,000.00 arena facility and

$6,000,000.00 tech center including budgeting, scheduling, working with numerous other

managers and promoters to ensure successful events and services as provided.

SMG, OPERATIONS MANAGER 2008-2010

Responsible for maintenance and house keeping for a $28,000,000.00 arena facility including

budgeting, scheduling, working with numerouse other managers and promoters to ensure

successful events and services are provided.

BRANSCUM CONSTRUCTION, SUPERVISOR 2006-2008

Selected to oversee commercial building projects including the $28,000,000.00 arena facility in

Corbin. Responsible for directing work flow and safety as it related to all phases of construction

and was primary on site contact for owners, contractors, engineers, architects, OSHA and local

and state inspectors.

Projects included Advanced Auto parts Store, Office Depot and Six thousand plus seat arena with

consession/kitchen facility. All Projects completed on time and or ahead of schedule [Advanced

Auto Parts Project].

THE WALKER COMPANY OF KENTUCKY, 2003-2006 ON-SITE PROJECT MANAGER

Responsible for overseeing the construction of movie theatres, county government buildings

while continuously working as a team with architects, engineers, project managers and owners.

Projects included Manchester, Ky City building, Somerset, Ky Movie Theater with consessions

and Whitesburg Ky combined High School with kitchen/cafeteria. note: I took this project over

from two on-site supers and turn a negatively precieved atitude toward our companies

performance to a positive one. Was responsible for primary contact with owners, project

managment company and the other contractors working on project. Was responsible also for

safety and hiring of needed local personel to fullfil Walkers obligations on project.

ARCHITECTURE PLUS, ON-SITE PROJECT MANAGER 1998-2003

Successfully oversaw construction of Courthouses and Detention Centers while working closely

with architects, engineers and fiscal courts (owners). Responsible for all phases of project

construction including safety issues.

Projects included Grant County Detention Center turning a 30 bed facility into a 350 bed facility

acting as primary onsite contact for architects, engineers, State of Kentucky Correctional Offices

and State and local building inspectors and owners which are county fiscal courts. All detention

centers have as part of thier construction large kitchens including automated dish washing and

commercial exhaust for cooking areas. Paris, Ky Judicial Center [courthouse] working closely with

A.O.C.[Administrtive Office of Courts], fiscal courts [owners] and directing all aspects of

construction including inspections both state, local, architectual, engineering and punch lists.

Whitley County Detention Center again the same as Grant County center only this one was 150

bed.

NOTE: on all construction projects mentioned above [no matter the company] I was primary

onsite contact concerning all aspects and phases of construction. I was responsible to direct,

correct update schedules as needed etc COMMUNICATE, COORDINATE and COOPERATE

are just some of my operating directives.

Farmers Mutual Insurance and Modular Housing Industry 1995-1998, Independent contractor

Repair storm damage on homes/ barns and out buildings. Correct factory items either damaged

or installed incorrectly or damaged during set-up of house.

Barrington Homes, Site Supervisor 1992-1995

Resedential home construction. Responsible for entire house building project from development

of site to actual house construction including meeting with potential home owners.
