Maintenance Manager
As maintenance manager one wears many hats, as I am also the only maintenance
person. In this role I repaired and scheduled preventative maintenance on all machines,
ordered parts and kept inventory of parts and tools. I was also in charge of all PPE for all
departments and employee needs to keep production ongoing while maintaining a rigid
budget. I usually had 75% of my time doing maintenance or preventative maintenance
and 25% doing office needs. My job entailed finding hard to find parts and picking them
up or having them ordered in. Up time on all machines is 98% 1% down time
maintenance and 1% for product or production problems.
