I have been working for this company on and off for 11 years and still currently assist with major

projects on a need be basis. While employed with Roberts Inc. I have learned and experienced

many different types of jobs as well as responsibilities. My responsibilities included but were not

limited to construction, welding, automotive diagnostic and repairs, detailing cars, and painting.

While working at Musashi Auto parts I learned how to run a CNC lathing machine. I was responsible for

maintaining parts, doing quality checks, machine maintenance, making sure OEE was met for every shift.

Within four months I was promoted to a line coordinating/team leader position. As a manager I was in

charge of two departments and had ten employees. My duties were to complete and input previous shifts

quality check sheets, maintain spare parts inventory, fix and/or put in work orders for broken machines.

Making sure shipments were completed and on time, brain storming and problem solving, kept my

production workers equipped with the proper tooling and parts. Also responsible for programming

machines properly for the next shift. Ran a forklift, sending emails and updates to upper management to

allow smooth transactions between all shifts. Also ran machines when work was backed up or an

associate was unable to do so.
