Composite Quality Engineer

* Monitor all testing of composite materials through use of SPC (SQC Pack software) for flame, peel strength, modulus, heat release, smoke density tests, etc. at periodic intervals to meet D1-9000

and ISO-9000 requirements.

* Maintain database.

* Qualified all pertinent work orders by applying labels containing appropriate test results

* Represented Quality Department at RDR (Rejected/Discrepancy Report) meetings. Approved and

removed all re-workable items to rework area. Responsible for giving quality approval for scrap and disposing of such. Responsible for moving all work orders with RDR's to production control for scrap and replacement

* Research of material specifications for all material attributes such as: in and out time, shelf life, testing and retesting allowed, etc.
