OBJECTIVE:-

Having a 2.1 Years of experience in Maintenance & Operation of AHP(4X135MW)

Thermal Power Plant, WPCL, Warora as a Assistant Engineer & having

knowledge about CHP, and previously 2 years experience as a Piping Stress

Engineer.

INDUSTRIAL WORKING EXPERIENCE:-

1) Worked with CREW Pvt Ltd, (4x135 MW) Thermal power plant, WPCL, Warora

in AHP dept.

Duration: From AUGUST 2010 to SEPTEMBER 2012.

DESIGNATION:- Assistant Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

> Organizing Preventive Maintenance Schedules of equipments to reduce

the down time and increase operational reliability.

> Identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and taking steps to

rectify the areas of concern through predictive maintenance

practices.

> Planning and executing all maintenance activities by optimum

utilization of manpower and resources.

> Maintenance of all types of pumps like, dredge pump, slurry pump,

ash water pump, spray pump etc.

> Maintenance & operation of fly ash conveying & unloading system.

> Maintenance & operation of fluidized air blowing system.

> Maintenance & operation of compressed air system using single screw

air compressor & refrigeration air dryer for conveying & adsorption

air dryer for purging.

> Maintenance & operation of bed ash handling system by using

submerged scrapper conveyor, drag chain conveyor & clinker grinder.

> Having knowledge about Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP).

MODIFICATIONS:-

> Erection of dust extraction system for fly ash unloader.

> Modification of interconnection valve between two phases of

compressed air line as per requirement of pressurized air.

> Erection of dome valve on fly ash & wet ash unloader.

> Erection of flow meter on fly ash unloader.

2) Worked with Flexitech Consultants Thane, As a Piping Stress Engineer.

Duration: From JULY. 2008 to JULY.2010.

3) Worked With IBI CHEMATUR Engg. & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai as a

deputed Piping

Stress Engineer from Flexitech Consultants, Thane.

Duration: From DEC.2009 to MAY. 2010.

> Visual checking for Feasibility of Routing change and

supporting using Navisworks.
