I am a founding member of System 6 Performance Sales, a Manufacturers Agency for recreational water

and outdoor adventure products. I have been able to use the over 20 years of pool industry sales and

marketing management experience to establish contractual agreements with over six mid-sized

manufacturer’s in just two months. My experience leading companies with customer development and

sales operations has proven to be successful in cultivating new business opportunities.

Pool Corp (Nasdaq: POOL) – Metro-Atlantic Region Manager 2009 – 2011

Industry leader ($1.5B) in swimming pool and commercial landscape distribution with over 3,000

employees and over 250 sales centers worldwide. Hired to turn around a (6) sales center region with (2)

sales/distribution centers showing a negative net income.

In charge of restructuring the Financial and Operational Management of (6) sales/distribution centers

including full P&L and Balance Sheet improvement. Created and implemented sales management and

market share growth initiatives.

• Managed over 40 branch personnel and restructured management team of (2) Sales Centers.

• Recruited and trained new personnel at every distribution branch.
