Direct and manage plant and building maintenance
and safety of a 387-bed hospital that includes 2
corporate offices.
Duties include:
Lead a staff of 5 plant and 12 maintenance
personnel.
Responsible for a 12 million dollar operating
budget.

environment of care for the corporate, facility and
plant / maintenance department.

Facilities lead on projects for all building
construction and renovation, which included the 8
million dollar renovation of the kitchen and

mother baby unit installation of four new boilers
and two 750-ton chillers.
Set up 2 portable boilers due to the loss of the 4
boilers that were replaced, on time and within
budget. The hospital realized an increase in
efficiency of 10% on the new boilers.
Maintain an extensive Preventive Maintenance
system. Which has seen a increase in productivity
tracking and results in less down time of
equipment. The system was able to show a 95%
completion rate on all work orders and 100%
completions rate on PM work orders.
Set up a new maintenance program that is being used
corporately. For better tracking and efficiency of
maintenance and PM work orders .
Went through 2 Joint Commission surveys with
minimal findings in Life Safety and managed the
Statement of Conditions.

Direct and manage plant and building maintenance
and safety of a 256-bed hospital that also includes
2 corporate offices with a staff of 8 plant and 9
maintenance personnel and a budget of 25 million
dollars.
Duties include:
Policy and procedure development for the
environment of care for the corporate, facility and
plant / maintenance department.
Working knowledge of OSHA, Joint Commission, NFPA,
EPA, NJ State requirements and regulations, ADA and
CARF.
Project manager for all building construction and
renovation. Which includes the construction of a
new 80 million dollar 56,000 square foot hospital,
Installation of a new HVAC equipment for the lab, a
new fire alarm system and sprinkler systems at
Cherry Hill and Stratford Campuses. Construction
started after my departure, the HVAC, fire alarm
and sprinkler system were completed on time and
under budget.
Maintain an extensive Preventive Maintenance
system. The system was able to show a 95%

completions rate on PM work orders.
