? Noble Safety Leadership Certificate Received for implementing one of Shell s Life Saving Rules: As a new
build drillship, the port and starboard lacked necessary horns for 1 yr. To ensure the safety of the crew I took
the initiative to purchase a whistle, to increase awareness and avoid incident (i.e., crew members standing
under a suspended load, in the pathway of swinging load, etc.).
? Designated Critical Lift Flagger Consistently assigned to critical lift projects due to exhibition of superior
ability to incisively flag equipment, materials, etc. into designated area without error, despite environmental
stability (rig rocking, high winds, etc.).
o Example: Life Boat #4 was damaged and repaired. Flagged life boat into a tight space without a
single bump or scratch, while rig was rocking, (approximate cost was $500,000).
o Started on a 24 batch set project in the Gulf of Mexico on March 2012 & by Sept we were on well 13.
I was a part of 13 of those wells (batch sets consisted of running 38 inch casings (4 joints), 32 in
casings (approx 30+ joints, 28 inch casings (30+ joints) and 22 inch casings (30+ joints).
