An extremely talented CNC programmer/machinist with over 29 years of experience seeks to expand and utilize an extensive background in design, setup, and operation of various machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

I have the abilities to take a part drawing, sample part or assembly and plan a complete process to produce the part using CAD,transfer the files to CAM, setup and program the CNC machine tools to produce the parts.

Production Machine & Tool, INC.

Corinth, MS June 1987-Present

CNC Machinist Supervisor and Operations Manager/Lead tooling designer.

Complete work on a myriad of industrial machines, including specialty Tool & Die machines.

In 1994, promoted to CNC Department Supervisor, where duties were extended to Die and fixture design the setup and programming of CNC Lathes, Mills, WireEDM, Tool & Die design, and special machine design.

Designed and produced products for such companies as ATK Space Systems, Hunter Douglas, Thyssen Krupp Elevator and Caterpillar.

Machine parts to specifications using CNC lathes,CNC milling machines,EDM/WireEDM and various manual machines.

Repairing,troubleshooting and adjusting the machine tools for optimal proformance.

Complete quality assurance through measuring, examining, and testing completed units to detect any defects, ensuring all units are precise and safe .

After the semi retirement of Production Machine & Tool’s owner in 2006, assumed day to day managing of operations including but not limited to:
