1. Manage the shift operations of the 100,00 sqft wire insulation, and draw plant. Includes

the directing of 25-30 personnel in a daily production schedule, to manufacture wire

aligned with sales.

2. Manage all plant production levels on (7) insulation lines, (6) multi wire lines, (35)

Bunchers, (8) Clippers (1) Dual Rod, and (1) Redex, as well as (2) Hand Coilers, and (1)

Packaging Operator.

3. Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to directing personnel in producing wire at

speed rates established by corporate. Ordering and transferring of raw materials based on

production levels of the plant and other plants. Coordinating with other plants to produce

products for their needs and communicate the needs of the plant for products they

produce. Reporting all levels of production, quality levels, and scrap per shift. Preventive

maintenance on all machinery, as well as directing the maintenance team on any down

machinery and planning the priority of resolution on the production floor.

4. Administrative duties include, all personnel disciplinary actions, as well as bi-annual

reviews. Production reporting daily on each line in the plant. Review daily wire orders,

order raw materials to establish back order tendencies.
