2. Preventive and breakdown Maintenance of Conveyor system, Stacker Cum Reclaimer, Paddle Feeder, Wagon

Trippler, Side Arm Charger, Tripper trolley, Fluid Coupling, Scoop Coupling, vibrating equipments, Ring

Granulators, Roller screen, Truflo Screen.

3. Manpower Management, Documentation of daily progress, spares etc.

4. Leading a team of approx 10 operation Engineers, 20 place operators and 50 maintenance personals including

6 supervisors and 10 I.T.I. technicians.

PREVIOUS COMPANY

1. Worked with Shri Narayan Construction Company, subcontractor of TRF LTD (A TATA Enterprise) as a Shift In

charge at Parichha Thermal Power Plant, Coal Handling Division (2*210MW, 2*250MW), Jhansi from 8 th Aug 2011 to

16 Aug 2012.

• Job Responsibility

1. To run over all Maintenance through the shift.

2. Preventive and breakdown Maintenance of Conveyor system, Wagon Tippler, Side Arm Charger, Fluid

Coupling, Scoop Coupling, vibrating equipment, crusher, truflo Screen, Stacker Reclaimer.

3. Leading a team of approx 12 operation Engineers, 30 place operators and 70 maintenance personals including 6

supervisors and 10 I.T.I. technicians.

2. Worked as Shift In charge in Adecco Workforce solution from 30 June to 6 august.

Projects Handled

1. Refurbishment of entire coal handling plant of PTPP, Jhansi. During 6 months of refurbishment period we

have changed 6 no of conveyor changed by cold joint process(2400 m. ), Approx 3400 idler roller(carrying

& return), 400 impact, 700 frame(carrying & return) has been changed. All 4 ring granulator’s rotor shaft

with suspension arm, end disc, chuck nut, Bearing, Plumber block, Cage frame, breaker plates, kick up

plates, and liner plates also chaged. Unbalanced shafts of truflo screen changed with matching gears.3 no of

scoop coupling changed. Repairing of both Slewing gear box of stacker reclaimer. All receiving and discharge

chute’s mother plate changed with liner plate. Scrapper installed at head end and tail end of all conveyors.

We have supplied 15000 MT/day of coal to the bunkers.

2. O&M of DSTPS, Andal, in this plant we have shortened length of all conveyors by hot jointing process, 3 nos

of Ckb 280 gear box has been changed, 2 no of HFDX 8B fluid coupling changed, 2 nos of conv. Changed. We

have supplied 12000Mt/day to the bunkers.
