Experience Profile at Inlet Receiving and Condensate Stabilizing Unit -
The Inlet Facility is designed to receive the Full Well Stream (FWS) feed
gas for two LNG trains via two 38 inch sub-sea pipelines. The Maximum feed
gas rate is 158,046 kg-mole/hr on a dry basis.
> This facility consist Feed Receiving, Condensate
Separation/Stabilization, Offgas Compression unit. It receives the gas
and liquids from the offshore production platforms and separates the
liquid from the gas and delivers the Gas stream to the downstream LNG
plants.
> It Separate the incoming liquid into a hydrocarbon and an aqueous
phase and Strip the light ends from the natural gas condensate to
stabilize it, before sweetening and storage in atmospheric storage
tanks.
The Condensate Treating system is designed to convert mercaptans from the
condensate stream into disulfide oil, using the Merichem caustic wash
condensate treating process.
> This facility consist Acid Extraction (Napfining System), Mercaptan
Extraction (Thiolex System), Caustic Regeneration (Regen System) &
Mercaptan Oxidation unit (Mericat System).
The Waste Water Injection system is designed to treat waste water, in order
to make it suitable for well injection;
> This facility consists of two sections Sour Water Degassing & Waste
Water Gathering & Treating.
