Professional Summary:
. Mr. Fitzpatrick has extensive experience in design procedures having
performed tasks on various ship projects with other contractors supporting
the U.S. Navy. Principal design projects were machinery room arrangements.
He also has design experience in electrical, HVAC, piping layouts and
structural designs.
. Mr. Fitzpatrick provided engineering and technical support for the AEGIS
Destroyer Program Office PMS 400D, by coordinating and maintaining status
for trial card issues. He provided baseline configuration management
support for various baselines for various ships. Mr. Fitzpatrick provided
systems engineering and technical support by providing financial management
through PACMAN which included preparing Task Planning Sheets (TPSs) for
financial review boards for approval/disapproval of funding in support of
PMS400B3F, also NAVSEA Messages, action items and schedule coordination
according to contract requirements.
. He also provided Aegis Baseline Engineering support to PEO IWS
interacting with prime contractor (BAE) and conducted liaison with
government reps as required. Duties included: reviewing Afloat Master
Planning Schedule (AMPS) database to ensure all Aegis Weapon System (AWS)
Baseline Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) were reviewed and processed
which included preparation of briefs and attended meetings as required. Mr.
Fitzpatrick provided Risk Management in support of PMS 325. Duties
included: preparing new risks, tracking new/old risk, tracking risk reports
and attending meetings as required.
. He also provided CSE ECP/ICP support to PMS 400D7. His primary duties
entailed preparing detailed DDG 51 Change Synopsis to aid PMS 400D7 and the
Technical Codes with the ECP/ICP review, prepared and issued e-mail tasking
instruction and action assignment to various Tech Codes for review and
comment. Mr. Fitzpatrick more recently provided Configuration Management
support to the LPD 17 Program Office in the review of Specification Change
Documents and accomplished various tasks as assigned.

Program Planning & Control Analyst Lead:
. Mr. Fitzpatrick provided Configuration Management support to the LPD 17
Program Office (PMS 317). Primary duties entailed the extensive review of
Specification Change Documents (SCDs) for the accurate description of the
change intended, the ship class and the ships affected by this change.
This review also included the verification of the hull applicability
directly from the PARMs and the type of change such as hardware/software or
both. This review also included the confirmation of any supporting
documents such as Engineering Change Request (ECR) submittals when
applicable and a Service Request Form (SRF) submittal for any software
changes. Other duties include preparing all PARM comments and concerns and
presenting them to the Configuration Control Board (CCB) once a month for
approval or disapproval. Mr. Fitzpatrick also accomplished various tasks
and action items as assigned and also attended meetings as required.

Program Planning & Control Analyst Lead:
. Mr. Fitzpatrick provided CSE ECP/ICP support to PMS 400D7. His primary
duties entailed preparing detailed DDG 51 Change Synopsis to aid PMS 400D7
and the Technical Codes with the ECP/ICP reviewed, prepared and issued e-
mail tasking instructions and actions assignment to various Technical Codes
for review and comment. Mr. Fitzpatrick other duties included preparing
approval packages for final decisions and recommendations, updating and
maintaining the Oracle Database Program to reflect all applicable
information such as cost and hull applicability. He also provided status
reports of all changes via e-mail or phonecon, provided monthly reports to
Alion and BAE Systems, maintained CSE point of POC list to reflect most
recent known personnel/equipment related changes and prepared and
distributed e-mail notifications for approval/disapproval of changes,
maintained and archived items on the Aegis web site. Mr. Fitzpatrick also
accomplished various tasks as assigned and attended meetings as required.

. Mr. Fitzpatrick provided Risk Management in support of PMS 325.

Military Systems Engineer:
. Mr. Fitzpatrick Provided Ship Systems Engineering/Integration in support
of PMS 400D4, received inputs for the Action Items List, updated the list
and distributed it monthly. He coordinated and maintained the "DDG 51 Class
General Description Booklet" and the "DDG 51 Class Ship Systems Notebooks."
Mr. Fitzpatrick coordinated and maintained point papers and provided
drawings using the Intergraph CAD software.
. He prepared a study comparing system and equipment problems of the CG 47
Class with similar systems and equipment on the DDG 51 Class ships relating
to seawater piping corrosion, vendor drawings, low pressure air compressors
and multiple transit devices. In support of PMS 400D33, he coordinated and
maintained the development of the DDG 51 Class pocket-sized arrangement
sketches with the graphics department and outside printing companies.
. Mr. Fitzpatrick has maintained many databases using Microsoft word,
excel, access and PowerPoint for presentations.
. He provided Business Development support for many proposals providing
graphic support, writing, editing and proofing the Facilities sections.
. In support of PMS400B3F, he maintained scheduling updates and was
responsible for distribution and provided the weekly summary of
accomplishments, tasking and issues. He established and maintained a
Technical Library of classified and unclassified documents.
. Mr Fitzpatrick provided technical assistance and support for the
development of presentations to the Program Executive Office for Theater
Surface Combatants/AEGIS Program. He provided baseline documentation-
maintenance by providing updates to the AEGIS Weapon System in-service
Computer Program Baseline Summary Chart. Mr. Fitzpatrick coordinated and
reviewed B6 daily message traffic and distributed this information to other
members of the team in support of PMS400B3F.
