• At Atlantic Bingo Supply I currently work as warehouse lead where I
am in charge of all warehouse personnel and their duties to be
performed throughout the day. As lead I am responsible for managing
all activities and deliveries to be performed by warehouse employees.
In addition, I am also responsible for processing the receipt and
invoicing of any product entering or exiting the building.
Furthermore, I am responsible for maintaining the accuracy of

and errors caused by individual employees.
UPS Freight, Elkridge, Maryland April 2007 - June 2010
Office Clerk / Dock Worker
• When first employed, I worked in the office as a cashier checking in
drivers, collecting freight charges, completing cash reports and
entering new freight pick-ups into the computer system for billing
and shipping. After about 6 months of employment I resigned from
office work to pursue a more active, hands on, job out on the dock at
the terminal. During my first few months I was responsible for
unloading hand freight weighting between 5-100 lbs. from trailers,
sorting and tagging the freight, and loading it into the destination
trailers at a fast pace. After proving my worth with hand freight I was
promoted to fork-lift operator where I used the provided equipment
to load and unload trailers and sort freight for shipping. While
working at UPS Freight I gained knowledge of how freight shipping
operates and how freight is processed and billed. UPS Freight also
gave me valuable teamwork experience that continues to help me
throughout both my personal and professional life endeavors.

part time job where my customer service skills had served me well
while driving customers to and from the office, allowing me to
answer any questions or concerns customers may have about the
rental car procedures.
