Responsible for overseeing 135 employees for job site quality
assurance and safety. Kept record of quality assurance reporting using
daily logs for attendance, safety, accidents, including
subcontractors, and inspectors. Held meetings with insurance carriers,
hospital staff and engineers. Presented new hire orientations. Worked
with OSHA inspectors when on-site making an inspection. Ordered safety
equipment (PPE), held safety meetings and tool box talks. Daily
reporting, attended upper management meetings, ongoing training for
the employees, drug tested new hires, medical attention if necessary,
walked the site with the general insurance carrier, write-ups if
employee was in company violation. Met with the superintendent and

with any electric install! Built a new five story tower west wing
addition at Tucson Medical Hospital. It was a $102 million dollar

Superintendent/Foreman:
Ran the underground utility crew for a new shopping center which will
include Costco, Super Wal-Mart and thirty two other buildings.
Responcible for all electrical equipment and staff for all the utility
lines for Tucson Electric Power, Cox, Southwest Gas and Quest. Made
sure grade was correct for South West Gas. J1's, J2's, PME Switch
Boxes, Vault Boxes, Transformers from 50kva-500kva. Sweep and stub-ups
consisting of six inch smooth core piping. Met with electrical
inspectors daily. In charge of cost over run and ordering equipment
and materials. Meet all milestones during the duration of the project.
Held meetings with subcontractors and city inspectors. Man-drilled
all lines. Can read prints and make approved improvements when needed.
Grade checked as needed to assure job was on track. Kept track of
employee hours, ordered materials and equipment to complete the job.
Extensive background in commercial and residential job-sites. Had
company truck, fuel card and tools to get the job done. Kept track of
all man hour costs and over-time costs. Decided how many people need
to be at the site and deciding what sub needs to complete their
assignment. Communicated with the project manager on many tasks to be
