Analyzing the impacts of Fuel Cell and Mini Hydraulic Turbine on Distribution system stability

using MATLAB/SIMULINK.

This work involves a dynamic modeling of SOFC and Mini Hydraulic Turbine,

Which are used in stability studies by using software SIMULINK in MATLAB. Here initially the

stability analysis of power distribution test system which contains Mini Hydraulic Turbine is

carried out. Then fuel cell is integrated in to a power distribution test system by replacing Mini

Hydraulic Turbine. Simulation result shows how fuel cell can help to frequency, voltage

fluctuation and supply power after islanding of the distribution system.
