• Assisted the PLC engineer in development of logic for RO DM plant involving Allen Bradley PLC. Carried out many improvements after initial commissioning eg: Included auto pH control systems for dosing systems, Service water header pressure auto control using recirculation MOV. Established Ethernet connection between PT and DM PLCs to facilitate data transfer.

• Implementing AUTO operation logic for electro chlorination systems in GE RX3i PLC.

• Design and commissioning of local hopper valves operating station and control of operation from PLC GE RX3i PLC.

• Creation of MOV graphics and control through tank level in Schneider Quantum PLC.

• Creation of Hooter logic for stacker reclaimer in ABB AC500 PLC.

• Erection of ultrasonic level transmitter for open channel flow measurement for six weirs in DM plant and level to flow calculation implementation in Allen Bradley PLC.

• Design of Vibration panel system for sea water pumps involving 21 sensors.

• Replacement of tube rod reducer in place of diaphragm regulators to avoid DM water losses up to 320 lt/hr per sample line .This reduced water losses and man hour’s reduction for maintenance of system.

• Replacement of SOV high temperature cutoff system in SWAS High pressure system with more reliable thermal shutoff valve with 45 degree cutoff to protect analyzers from hot water.
