Roles and Responsibilities at M/s Karamtara Group, Boisar
Looking after the project of PGCIL, Reliance Energy India Transmission Ltd.
Identifying and developing potential vendors locally for the right sourcing,
achieving cost effective purchases of Raw Materials. Price negotiation with
existing vendors to get a best deal.
Coordinating with the Associates / Vendors for the timely completion of the job
on day to day basis as per key dates set in discussion with the Manager.
Responsible for the inspection of Fasteners.
Have inspected Extinguisher required for Sub-`station.
Supplier Process Audits
Checking the record for Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) in production.
Taking proper care of packing of finished products as per customer's
requirement for domestic as well as export.
Maintaining the flow of raw material as per key dates set in discussion with
the Procurement and Material Department.
Responsible for the completion of Client Inspection within given frame of time.
Handle the man power at production level for quality.
Inspect the Raw material and Finish Good material as per SMQP/IS std./BSEN
std./ASTM std. for different projects.
Arrange as well as maintain the co-relation document required for the material.
Carry outdoor inspection at Wada, MIDC.
Roles and responsibilities of Solar project at M/s Encorp:
Have developed Jigs and Fixtures for the manufacturing of Cant liver and Torque
box.
Looking after the complete production activity of Solar Project.
Responsible for the inspection of Cant liver and torque box as per jigs and
fixture made.
Carried out Non Destructive D.P test.
Responsible for the inspection of Finish Good material.
Responsible for the timely delivery of material at the site.
Have successfully increased the production rate of frames by 50%.
Handling Logistics parts.

Project Details
Project title : Design & Development of Biomass Gasifier
Project Details : This project is on the operation & general feasibility of
gasification intended for use on farms to supply a clean gas fuel for on-farm
reprocessing of food product. The particular aim is the availability of a gas
fuel for grain drying that will be able to utilize existing farm drying &
handling systems and relieve the farmer of dependence on potentially uncertain
supplies of LPG & natural gas.
