Summary: I have over 15 years of general construction and maintenance experience. My
specialties are cabinetry and finish carpentry. I am also skilled in plumbing, some electrical,
HVAC, painting and all types of flooring for both commercial and residential. I have great
customer service skills having owned and operated a small golf sales and repair shop; I am
familiar with point of sale and inventory management. I have been in management positions
which have helped me develop the qualities needed to be an effective leader.

Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Duties: I am responsible for all maintenance/facilities for the boys and girls club located in metro
Phoenix; this includes 12 clubs, a dental office, and an administration building. I oversee 2
maintenance employees, create work orders, I'm hands on with the design and planning on new
and existing projects most of which are funded by CBDG grants or privately funded which calls
for having to meet with city officials for permits and variances. I am responsible for creating
RFP's for any and all projects. Also responsible for making sure all buildings are up to code and
meet all fire safety requirements to ensure the safety of all staff and members. During projects, I
act as the project manager to ensure projects are getting completed timely and safely. I am
responsible for managing the maintenance budgets for all the clubs and vehicles.

Duties: I am responsible for the maintenance and upkeep for 4 surgery centers, 1 corporate
office, and 1 clinic in the west valley. I have to be able to evaluate the situation and determine if I
can make the needed repairs or schedule an off-site vendor to come in and complete. My duties
include but are not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, locksmith, painting,
repairs, and drywall. I have daily interactions with the clinical mangers for each facility to ensure
their needs are being met, patients, outside vendors and administrators.
