Production Superintendent
o In charge of 78 production employees and 8 team leaders
o Responsible for 10 production lines along with a sub-assembly
department and a tube cut department
o Maintain production schedules for all 10 lines
o Utilize MRP software and E-Time payroll system
o In charge of new hire training program for first shift
o Responsible for all key performance indicators; Quality, Productivity,
Safety, Team Work, Morale, Housekeeping and Cost Savings
o In May 2010 the plant was working 6 days per week / 12 hours per day.
I have been instrumental in reducing overtime and increasing
productivity through cross training of all employees and stressing
quality at a higher level.
o The employees I supervise are UAW members. I have an excellent
rapport with the lead member of the local UAW. During my 19 months at
Dana I have not had any grievances filed due to disciplinary actions.

o Reduced overtime 1.5 hours per day for 46 employees - estimated annual

in improved quality, reduced scrap and sorting costs
