This is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center. Duties include assisting Director of Nurses in supervising fellow

LPNs, admission assessments to determine the level of care the patients would be on including the proper detox

protocol to start, administration of medication, keeping of medical records, obtaining medical orders from Physician,

proper documentation of orders and patient assessments, inventory of supplies, ordering supplies, maintaining patients

medications and refills.
