1) Project : AN/CAN Plant, Bagfas.

Client : BAGFAS, Turkey.

Period : March 2013 till Present Date.

In this project I am working as an AREA ENGINEER for

Amonium nitrate plant.

In this unit I am working on piping layout related to Static vessels, Heat

exchangers, Reactor and Pumps.

> Bulk Material Take Off (M.T.O.) According to P&ID.

> Preparing Civil information drawing to provide Piping Loads & structural

information to Civil Department for proper pipe supporting, Operational

platforms, ladders and Equipment foundation & supporting.

> Review of Equipment vendor drawings, providing Nozzle orientation, pipe,

platform & ladder clip orientation to Mechanical department.

> Preparing Equipment arrangement plans & Escape Route & Maintenance

drawings.

> Checking of Isometrics according to P&ID and ES. Review of Pipe routing

with process and instrumentation for their requirements & clearance on

review reality.

> Study of Steam tracing distribution network and its manifolds.

2) Project : LDAN PLANT, Egypt.

Client : Egypt Hydrocarbon Company(EHC)

Period : Jan 2012 to March 2013.

In this project I am working as an AREA ENGINEER for

Amonium nitrate plant, Wet Part & Prilling Tower. In this unit I was

involved in all type of Above Ground Piping related to Static vessels, Heat

exchangers, Reactors and Pumps, Blowers & Air condenser.

> Bulk Material Take Off (M.T.O.) According to P&ID.

> Providing Piping Loads & structural information to Civil Department for

proper pipe supporting, Operational platforms, ladders and Equipment

foundation & supporting.

> Review of Equipment vendor drawings, providing Nozzle orientation, pipe,

platform & ladder clip orientation to Mechanical department.

> Preparing Equipment arrangement plans & Escape Route & Maintenance

drawings.

> Checking of Isometrics according to P&ID and ES. Review of Pipe routing

> Study of Lift as per vendor drawing & accordingly providing Pit

information and supporting details to civil for further engineering.

> Worked on QAPCO LDPE 3 project as an AREA ENGINEER for Piperack &

Degassing unit. In this unit I was involved in piping related to Silos,

Blowers, Pumps, Heaters & filters.

> Bulk Material Take Off (M.T.O.) According to P&ID.

> Calculation of pipeloads on piperacks & providing structural information

to Civil department for proper pipe supporting, Operational platforms.

> Preparing Equipment arrangement plans & Escape Route & Maintenance

drawings.

> Checking of Isometrics according to P&ID and ES. Review of Pipe routing

with process and instrumentation for their requirements & clearance on

review reality.

> I was deputed to site at Qatar to support construction team.

4) Project : IOCL MSQ, Digboi.

Client : Indian oil corp. ltd.

Period : Oct. 2008 to June 2009.

> Worked on IOCL MSQ Digboi project as an PDMS ENGINEER for Isomerization

unit. In this unit I was involved in all type of Above Ground Piping

related to Columns, Exchanger, Vessels and Pumps.

> Review of Equipment drawings for Nozzle orientation & preparing Pipe,

ladder and Platform clip orientation.

> Responsibilities included Pipe routing and supporting as per P&Id, ES &

stress requirements.

> Review of routed lines with process and Instrumentation for their

requirements & incorporating them.

> Preparing special support sketches and issue of isometrics to site for

construction.

5) Project : PDH, Egypt.

Client : Egyptian Polypropelene company(EPPC).

Period : April 2007 to Sep.2008.

> I had worked on PDH project in Piperack unit as an PDMS

ENGINEER.

> Involved in routing of stress critical big bore lines, and Piping of Air

cooler.

> Providing Piping Loads & structural information to Civil Department for

proper pipe supporting.

> Routing of above ground Pipelines in PDMS as per P&ID, supporting,

Operation & Plant Excess.

> Checking Isometrics According to P&ID & LTA; Checking clash and

consistency of routed lines.

6) Project : TOL, Thailand

Client : Thailand Oleochemicals.

Period : August 2006 to March 2007.

> I had worked on TOL project as an PDMS ENGINEER. In this unit I was

involved in all type of Above Ground Piping related to Exchanger, Vessels

and Pumps.

> Responsibilities included Pipe routing and supporting as per P&Id, ES &

stress requirements.

> Checking Isometrics According to P&ID & LTA; Checking clash and

consistency of routed lines.

Artson Engineering Limited

Sep 2005 to Jan 2006.

Worked with Artson Engineering Ltd. as a

Mechanical Supervisor.

The company was into manufacturing of Heaters and Filters for Oil and gas

industries. Responsibility included meeting the production requirements
