The Project Operations Manager is responsible for the following key

activities:

. Clearly defining and communicating the scope of supply and

requirements from the aftermarket project team and supporting Cameron

base.

. Managing the execution activities required to support the project

schedule, identifying the critical path issues and developing

mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery.

. Project Risk Management, identification of risks and mitigation action

plans.

. Development of effective working relationships with customers, being

the central point of contact for in-country customer

representative(s).

. Leading the assigned Project team, the Project Operations Manager will

motivate and take accountability for actions taken, and develop a team

working approach.

. Project Financial Management: disseminating costs/budgets to internal

departments and tracking of these costs to the budget; ensuring all

internal financial transactions are submitted in a regular and timely

manner or as per project specific requirements.

. Identifying project changes to the original scope and creating Change

Requests for approval (internally and externally) in order to maximize

profit.

. Providing project forecasts for completion of equipment, services,

required equipment, tooling and technical literature required to

January 2008 - April 2010: Operations Supervisor, Cameron Aberdeen for

Total E&P UK

Managing the planning of and operational procedures for subsea and surface

actives related to Cameron products for Total E&P UK:

. Providing reporting information for both internal and external use on

a weekly/monthly basis.

. Assisting in the qualification testing of new high pressure, high

temperature equipment for eventual installation offshore.

. Coordinating the movement of manpower and equipment to offshore

installation in the UK and Norwegian sector.

. Coordinate a full system SIT in Aberdeen for the USAN Project

equipment.

March 2005 - December 2007: Operations Supervisor, Cameron Angola for Block

. Providing reporting information for both internal and external use on

a weekly/monthly basis.

. Responsible for the daily operations and offshore support to one

drilling semi-sub, one installation vessel and two FPSOs across 3

fields.

. Daily tasks included but not limited to: co-ordinating with the

customer for tooling requirements on up-and-coming wells.

. Integrating SCM with trees for future deployment of trees, ensuring

that all tooling was prepared for up and coming operations.

February 2001 - March 2005: Senior Service Tech, Cameron Angola Block 15

Multiple trips on Subsea projects Xikomba, Kizomba A & B, completions and

trees.

. Onshore site integration testing of equipment including pressure

testing, commissioning and function testing.

. Multiple trips with CVC/CHC deployment, onshore testing and building

of rigid jumpers. Pressure testing of CVC/CHC equipment. Offshore, pre-

deployment checks, installation of CVC rigid jumpers and dog houses.

. Multiple trips EFL/HFL deployment. Onshore site receipt and test of

HFL/EFL equipment and connectors/stab plates, EFL testing and FLDF

parts preparation.

October 1996 - February 2001: Senior Controls service tech Cameron Aberdeen

Multiple trips on Subsea Projects Completions and Trees.

. Onshore: SIT/FAT, function testing, commissioning, control fluid

flushing, pressure testing, SCM testing/integration, sub-component

refurbishment.

. Offshore; various semi-sub vessels to rig up, function test, pressure

test, maintain IWOCS HPU, reelers/jumpers.

. Operating IWOCS equipment during the installation of SS Spool tree and

SS dual bore hangers and trees. Various operators and projects in the

North Sea.
