Project Objective
Service Action Manager is a call-centre application that manages operations to provide services to client
regarding their problems. When the Client calls JPMorgan Chase Contact Center number, the call is routed
through IVR.The IVR plays voice menus that allow them to choose from different selections and obtain
information related to their account. The agent, who is logged into the PRPC system and is marked as available
will get the call and information about caller will come in a screen pop. This is where the SAM application
comes into play.
Project Description
Service Action Manager System is a PRPC application built with CPM framework. Customer Process Manager
helps reduce service costs and improve customer satisfaction through a process-driven approach that helps to
resolve customer issues quickly at the point-of-contact. The Customer Process Manager Interaction Driver
helps optimize every customer interaction. Its built-in intelligence automatically queues business processes
based on your company policies as well as on anticipated customer requests. As a result, you can act on service
requests before your customers even ask reducing your call-back frequency and increasing first-call
resolution rate.

Project Objective
CLA is used to execute a loan application from construction firms. Here initially whole amount is not given to
Applicant Org/Borrower. Through some procedures part of Applied loan amount is given to them
depending on the result of Site Visit by external authorities (If needed).
Project Description
CLA is a Construction-Loan processing application. Here borrower can apply for construction loan and
according to the given information Bank-Officers will create a Project Loan-Request through Java end. It will
invoke a service and create a CLA work-object (WO). After that Bank-Officer will update/Fill up the related
project and budget details and submit the WO. Along with that, few other officers will also be assigned for this
project as Co-Approval, Account, Portfolio Risk Officer and Sales & Servicing officers. Few required
documents can also be uploaded from Java end. Then-
i) It will require the co-Approver's approval.
ii) After being approved it will go for Document-Review (Doc-Reviewer)
iii) After Document is reviewed the reviewer will set an administrator (Internal/External) for the project.
Meanwhile the borrower can draw some amount which will create another WO under that project. Draw can be
requested during any time of processing of project. After the draw is submitted it will go for the Draw-Review,
if it doesn’t require co-Approver's approval. Co-Approver's approval is needed if during creation of draw
'Modification of project budget' is allowed.
When a site visit is requested either the internal or external admin person (based upon the type of admin,
selected for the project) will visit the construction site and generate another item (WO) under the same project
depending on the inspection data. If it is done by external person then it will go to internal admin again for
review. After reviewing the site-inspection data, this item will be resolved.
During the whole process few email notifications are set to send to different officers at different stages
