1. Experience in Power Plant maintenance from December 2012. Presently

associated with Mechanical Maintenance Team (MILLS & FANS Maintenance

of boiler 660 MW Super Critical Units & 330 MW Sub Critical) in M/S

POWER MECH PROJECT LIMITED in ADANI POWER LIMITED, 4620 MW MUNDRA

THERMAL POWER PLANT, Mundra as a Engineer .

abroad in the area of erection, testing and commissioning. Currently O&M,

R&M & AMC works add the revenue of the power mech. Power Mech's were in

maintenance & overhauling works in Adani power limited.

Adani Power Company Profile

Adani Power Limited is engaged in power generation and setting up of power

projects. The Mundra Phase I and II Power Project are having four coal-

fired, sub-critical generation units of 330 megawatts each, with combined

capacity of 1,320 megawatts. Mundra Phase III Power Project have two coal-

fired, super-critical generation units of 660 megawatts each out of which

two 660 MW units are already in operation, with combined capacity of 1,320

megawatts. Mundra Phase IV Power Project will have three coal fired, super-

critical generation units of 660 megawatts each, with combined capacity of

1,980 MW of which three 660 MW Unit is already in operation.

JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITY

. Currently handling team of Coal Mill (ZGM 95G, ZGM 113G,HP 1203 Of

Capacity 32.62 t/hr, 43.37t/hr, 86t/hr respectively)and fans Maintenance.

. Taking corrective actions for rectifying the defects found during

inspections of Coal Mills(Nozzle ring & Grinding Track bolting repairing

jobs, Loading Frame Alignment, Hydraulic Oil System Pump Maintenance,Mill-Motor Drive Coupling Alignment,Stuffing Box Leakage Arresting Job

;Coal Feeder Belt, Bearing Maintenance job, Feeder Belt Dismantling,Assembling and alignment of the same).

. Responsible for maintenance of Hydraulic Oil System of the Coal Mills ZGM

95G, ZGM 113G type.

. Coal Feeder Maintenance job, Feeder Belt Dismantling,Assembling and

alignment of the same(660 MW & 330 MW Units)

. Maintenance and overhauling of rotary parts such as PA fan(axial),FD

fan(axial),ID fan(axial),Seal air fan{radial},Scanner fan.

. Maintenance and overhauling of hydraulic couplings.

. Initiate process to control inventory and minimizing maintenance costs.

. Involved in day-to-day job planning and scheduling of Preventive,

Predictive and Breakdown maintenance jobs.

. My current CTC being 2.4 lakhs per annum with accommodation.

2. Experienced in steel sector named REMI Metals Gujarat Limited (WELSPUN

GROUP) from Aug 2012 to Nov 2012.
