I served as the Program Manager for the Freedom of Information of

(FOIA/PA) program. In this capacity, I was responsible for "standing-up"
the program including
establishing a system of record to identify records pertaining to privacy,

expert in reviewing,
analyzing and gathering information pertaining homeland security
information. I was responsible
for reviewing and redacting sensitive to classified information in
accordance with the provisions
