and Intelligence Community. Most recently responsible for developing life

cycle cost estimates and economic analysis for the USMC Warfighter Network

Services Data and Voice Migration BCA.

Quantico, VA (1995-2000). Provided cost analysis support to the USMC

Office of Science and Innovation (OSI) and the C4I Directorate. Supported

OSI projects involving modeling and simulation for both training and

operational testing and C4I projects involving the acquisition of USMC data

networks and defense weapon systems.

Reston, VA (1991-1995). Member of the Technical Staff responsible for

providing cost analysis support on many high profile defense weapon,

communication, and information systems for DISA, U.S. Army SOCOM and CECOM,

U.S. Navy SPAWAR, and the Intelligence Community.

Developed life cycle cost estimates for the U.S. Army and Marine Corps

joint service Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) robotics program.

Additionally, established and maintained a UGV program cost, schedule, and

documentation status report where monthly program budgeted versus actual

contractor expenditure profiles were created and subsequently used to

determine the under delivery of UGV activities and documentation.
