WORK HISTORY
July 2010 to Present- Timken Co, Canton, Ohio. Shop Services Supervisor
Supervise, instruct and organize work repairs in the operational
environment of a steel mill. Scheduling and planning of jobs, fabrications
and repairs as needed. Oversee repairs and fabrications to keep machinery
operating as well as reverse engineering of parts no longer in production
for machine repairs. Oversee company safety audits and make repairs as
needed. Job assessment, time analysis and labor estimating. Cost savings
to the company tracked daily and yearly. Use AutoCAD to keep track of
"flats" and designs to be shared with the Engineering Dept. Revise
Engineer Drawings. Job planning and scheduling to include requesting
quotes on materials and orders.
Daily training, instructions and the scheduling of 80 plus
employees, including associate time and attendance as well as continuous
education for health and safety awareness. Oversee and instruct
