WORK HISTORY

July 2010 to Present- Timken Co, Canton, Ohio. Shop Services Supervisor

Supervise, instruct and organize work repairs in the operational

environment of a steel mill. Scheduling and planning of jobs, fabrications

and repairs as needed. Oversee repairs and fabrications to keep machinery

operating as well as reverse engineering of parts no longer in production

for machine repairs. Oversee company safety audits and make repairs as

needed. Job assessment, time analysis and labor estimating. Cost savings

to the company tracked daily and yearly. Use AutoCAD to keep track of

"flats" and designs to be shared with the Engineering Dept. Revise

Engineer Drawings. Job planning and scheduling to include requesting

quotes on materials and orders.

Daily training, instructions and the scheduling of 80 plus

employees, including associate time and attendance as well as continuous

education for health and safety awareness. Oversee and instruct

apprentices to further their careers and knowledge. Apprentice and

associate reviews and evaluations. Knowledge of labor relations and

Medical and Automotive Customers. Use Auto CAD Inventor, Auto CAD and

Solid Works.. Track and maintain Customer drawings as well as Set Up

sheets for production purposes. Instruct on operation of set up and

assembly parts from individual pieces to multiple runs. Machine

Brakes. Amada Turret Press as well as weld and fabricate various stainless

steel parts to customer specifications. Perform first article inspections,

assist and train others in various shop operations. ISO 9000 familiarity.

2000-2004 Precision Prototype and Machine ~ Shop Supervisor(Ohio)

Perform the duties of a working supervisor, including but

not limited to; Schedule receiving and delivery of parts according to

customer specifications and shop lead times. Assure quality control and in-

process inspections. Engineer and build to specifications Hard and

Disposable tooling. Teach and instruct process operations, construct dies

for single hit usage. Setup, operate and build custom tooling for

Cincinnati Press brakes with CNC controls. Tig welding of custom sheet
