2013-Present
Project Manager for HCL A, working for Nokia-Americas, Infrastructure
Services Team. Nokia internal IT Services outsourced to HCL in March 2013.
. Responsibilities include Transformation and Transition program within
Nokia for all IT related Projects. For Transition Projects,
responsible for closure of all In-Flight projects in progress,
coordinating and documenting the implementation of Network services to
Nokia Offices, R&D centers, and factories for North and South America.
Services include WAN, LAN, and LYNC implementation. For
Transformation Projects, responsible for the new Project Management
process and implantation of new WAN services. Document and report
progress of service delivery, coordinate with local contacts and
coordinate with Local Service Providers for access and delivery
issues.
. Project Manager for major office moves, which also included planning
and implementation of server rooms, racks, power, LAN drops, and other
special connectivity issues as needed by Stake Holders.

. Responsible for coordinating and managing the Network and Voice
Service Delivery Teams in the delivery and implementation of services
to Nokia Business Offices, Research & Development Centers, and Mobile
Phone Factories for North and South America.
. Managed Third party vendors, such as HP, Level3, Telstra, AT&T, and
Verizon to successfully deploy Nokia Global Office Solutions to the
Business offices and partners. Also worked with Co-location Service
Providers, such as Equinix, Telx, and Terremark to complete office
connections to the Nokia International Backbone
. Led the Network Rationalization Program for North and South America,
saving the company over $1 Million in network cost through vendor
negotiations and cost avoidance process.

reporting, coordinating with service providers and carriers on the
ordering, delivery, and installation of data and voice circuits,
tracking newly purchased HW. Worked with Network Technicians on the
configurations of office WAN/LAN, VOIP, VPN, LYNC Conferencing, and

the Data Cost Tool for inventory of circuits and costs. Monitored
outages and approved network related repairs and installation

coordinating, planning, and execution of project plans for the
integration of Mergers and Acquisitions, adding their offices into the
Nokia backbone network for voice and network support. Coordinated
