2010 to 2012 HPGS/ Miller Fabrication (Gillette, WY.) Welding

Supervisor/ QCM

Initiated and developed a Quality Control Manual, applied

for and acquired “Code Vessel” fabrication and repair stamps to allow

the company to build pressure vessels of any size. Liaison between

customer needs, designer’s vision, National Board requirements, and

welder’s capabilities to produce world class pressure vessels at

competitive prices.

1992 to 1995 Safety Coordinator, Research Maintenance Dept.

developing and implementing a yearly safety program for 300 employees.

Conduct safety meetings and training for the department. Conduct

incident/accident investigations when necessary. Facilitate training on new OSHA

and Company policies. Work with vendors on new processes and products used

in the general maintenance of the chemical plant.

1986 to 1992 Planning/Scheduling Coordinator Research

After ten years in Wyoming, I am moving back to my home state of

Texas to offer my some 30 years of experience in the area of

supervising Craftsmen in the maintenance and new construction. I

bring extensive knowledge of welding, machine work, and pipe fitting

in the Chemical Industry, Oil and Gas, Facilities Maintenance, with

the most recent in pipe and registered Pressure Vessel fabrication.
